I had an awesome 4 nights here! The staff was super friendly—shoutout to Charmaine for being so helpful when I had questions. The pumpkin decorating contest was fun to see too. Only bummer was the $20 breakfast buffet. that’s kinda steep! Overall, it was a solid stay with a nice bar/lounge area to chill.

The location was ideal for our family, making it easy to explore the area. However, the pool's shallow depth was disappointing, particularly for kids looking to swim more freely. The air conditioning in the room was frustratingly inefficient, leading to a stuffy atmosphere that detracted from our comfort. the westin was a nice stay overall. the property was clean, which made a good impression. it’s conveniently located, making it easy to access the beltway. I especially enjoyed the health club and indoor pool, which were enjoyable facilities. the staff could make guests feel more welcome during check-in, but the amenities made up for it.

Not for the faint-hearted

The hotel looked nice when I first arrived, very posh and all. I was greeted by this nice lady at the front desk who really tried to help me out with my issues, even if things were going downhill fast.

It wasn't exactly cheap, I mean let's not kid ourselves, but I expected at least a bit more.
